We do not accept returns for items that have been shipped/delivered.

If the items were bought in-store or collected via the "pickup" option rather than delivery, you would have been given a physical receipt, you then have 14 days to make the in-person return as long as you have your receipt.

If you have already spoken to someone in-store, there is no need to contact us regarding refunds or exchanges. We cannot agree to any refund or exchange over text, phone, or email as the item is not physically in front of us. It is preferred that you call into the shop in person to discuss any refunds or exchanges.

Certain items such as second-hand books, used candles, clothes that have been worn or damaged, used incense burners, used incense, or used Tarot/Oracle cards are not able to be refunded or exchanged. We will not accept refunds or exchanges on products that are not returned with all the original packaging. Any Tarot or Oracle cards purchased with the protective seal still on them will be accepted for a refund or exchange. However, if the cards have been opened, sadly we will not refund or exchange them.

Bulbs in salt lamps don't last forever, they will have to be changed once the bulb blows. This does not mean our salt lamps are faulty. The bulbs can be easily replaced and their bulbs can be bought from any hardware store. We will not accept refunds or exchanges on any salt lamps that don't have their original packaging, were broken by the customer's fault, or thoroughly used salt lamps.

We thoroughly check each item before sale/shipment so if an item breaks, it is not our responsibility. We guarantee quality to all our customers and they will be informed if something is not up to standard. If an item is faulty before purchase a discount will be issued.

If you come to us with a broken item, which was broken at no one's fault but your own, we are not liable so we will not accept a refund or an exchange. We will not argue about refunds or exchanges with customers. If we feel an item should not be refunded or exchanged for any of the reasons listed above, then the item will not be refunded or exchanged, no discussion. As a business, we must protect ourselves and make all of our customers aware of our policies.
